SUMMARY:The 6th CRB Conference 2018
DESCRIPTION:21-25 May 2018 the 6th CBR Conference will take place in Livingstone\, Zambia. The theme of the Conference is  “CBR for resilience building and sustainable development: Leave no one behind”. \nThe Conference will provide an opportunity for participants to share information on the various challenges experienced and existing capacities to enhance resilience for the attainment of the sustainable development goals. Persons with disabilities are in particular encouraged to attend. \nThe co-organisers of the CBR conference are the Government of Zambia and CBR African Network (CAN) in collaboration with the disability/CBR stakeholders in Zambia\, including Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs)\, national and international  NGOs and Development partners\, UN agencies\, media institutions\, disability service providers\, Civil Society Organisations\, embassies and the business community.

DESCRIPTION:22 – 24 May 2018 the Global Savings Group Conference will take place in Kigali\, Rwanda. \nThe Global Savings Groups Conference is a biennial event that engages a large and diverse community of stakeholders\, develops and promotes improved standards of practice\, mobilizes knowledge\, strengthens partnerships and alliances\, and creates opportunities for cross-organizational learning. Each event in this series has also served as a catalyst to increase the scale\, sustainability and impact of Savings Groups in the host country – and region.
