The National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU) is an umbrella organization of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) representing persons with disabilities in Uganda. NUDIPU was established in 1987 with the aim of bringing together all organizations working with all categories of disabilities including persons with physical, sensory, and intellectual impairments.

The mission of NUDIPU is to have a dignified society for all. NUDIPU brings a unified voice for persons with disabilities to realize their rights by promoting non-discrimination, full and effective participation of persons with disabilities in mainstream development programs, accessibility to physical infrastructure and information, and influencing legislation in favor of persons with disabilities.

NUDIPU exists to promote the equalization of opportunities and active participation of persons with disabilities in mainstream development processes. This is pursued through participation in policy planning, capacity building, awareness enhancement and resource mobilization.

Since 1987, NUDIPU has been working together with the Norwegian Association of Disabled (NAD) to promote inclusive development programmes. Since 2006 NUDIPU and NAD, together with the Association of the Microfinance Institutions in Uganda (AMFIU), have collaborated on an unique economic empowerment programme, which in 2016 was named the iSAVE Inclusive Economic Empowerment Programme.
